Ocala Residential Construction Services (ORCS) is a local, family-owned and operated home builder headquartered right here in Ocala, Florida. We’ve been in the residential construction industry since 1979- bringing over four decades of hands-on building experience to every project we take on. We’re not your average spec home builder.
